Primary Care / In-Home Health Evaluations
Start: ASAP (upon credentialing)

Schedule:
Flexible: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
No nights or weekends required
Full-time, part-time, PRN, contract, temporary, or seasonal options available
What You'll Do

-Review medical history and medications
-Perform comprehensive physical assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plan members
-No prescribing, ordering labs, or changing treatment plans
-Pre-populated, patient-specific documentation provided
-Practice Setting
