Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – School-Based

Employment Type: Full-Time (W-2) or Part-Time (1099 Independent Contractor)
1099 contractors may also be considered for full-time schedules.
Compensation: $55–$60 per hour

Join our client's team and provide school-based counseling and support services that help students thrive emotionally, socially, and academically throughout New York City.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
Conduct assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.
Collaborate with teachers, school administrators, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
Support students experiencing social-emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
Maintain accurate, timely case notes and required documentation.
Prepare annual IEP reports and complete session documentation in compliance with school and agency requirements.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
Active New York State Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with children and adolescents in school, community, or clinical settings preferred.
