Job description

Aya Locums is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician for a PRN assignment in Southwest Florida.

Assignment Details
• Start Date: September 2026
• Coverage Type: PRN (flexible shifts – days and nights available)
• Practice Setting: Emergency Department + Free Standing ED support
• Staffing Model: Single physician coverage with APP support (~10–12 hours/day)
• Shift Structure: 6a–6p / 6p–6a
• EMR: P-Doc / Meditech (M*Modal dictation)
• Services: General EM with subspecialty support (cardiac, ortho, urology, surgery)

Requirements
• Board Certification: ABEM required (FM/IM considered with 2+ years ED experience)
• Certifications: ACLS, PALS required
• Minimum Experience: 2 years emergency medicine experience required
• Must be comfortable working in both main ED and FSED settings
