Hospitalist Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage in Michigan

About the facility

This Level IV facility provides inpatient medical services with established clinical protocols and appropriate resources to support quality patient care delivery. The facility conducts clinical operations on-site within a structured hospitalist coverage model. Locum tenens coverage is sought beginning October on an ongoing basis to meet the inpatient care needs of the adult population served.

The state provides access to natural landscapes, waterways, and wildlife experiences that support a variety of leisure pursuits. Clinicians on assignment will find options for family activities and diverse seasonal recreation throughout the region.

About the clinician's workday

Clinicians will provide inpatient hospitalist coverage during day shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM and night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on an on-site basis at a Level IV facility in Michigan. Responsibilities include managing adult inpatient medical conditions in accordance with established facility protocols. No call responsibilities are required outside of assigned shift hours.
