Shift Details: M-F will be Clinic or Procedure 8 hour days. Sat/Sun 24 hour call
Clinic 8a-4p and the OR is 8 730a-3:30p.

• Patients per day: 25-30
• Patient Population/Age: 0m-99yr
• Department Description: 24-hour call days/clinic
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital Bed size: 275
• Skills Required: on call/surgery
Practice Setting:
• Hospital: yes
• Clinic: yes
Requirements:
• Board Certification: BC or BE in Otolaryngology
• License Required: PA license or IMLC LOQ only
• DEA: required
Credentialing Timeframe: temps available with a clean file

• 8 hour shifts M-F
• 25-30 patients per day
• Weekend call
